At Divain®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
